Abstract
With the great development of Postal savings bank,there are still some internal problems in the actual process such as imperfect management system,inaccurate market positioning,poor human resource and facilities.On the basis of analyzation,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures such as System reformation,integration of human resources,improving the construction of infrastructure and so on.关键词
