漏斗胸患者NUSS手术前后肺功能的对比研究
Comparison of pulmonary functions in patients with pectus excavatum before and after NUSS procedure

Abstract
Objective; To compare the pulmonary functions in patients with pectus excavatum before and after NUSS procedure. Methods; NUSS procedure was carried out in 23 patients with pectus excavatum. Thirteen patients older than 9 years received pulmonary function tests, including vital capacity ( VC ) , total lung capacity (TLC), forced ventilatory capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV,) and maximal expiratory flow in 50% vital capacity (MEF50) at baseline, 3 months and 1 year after the NUSS procedure. Results; Comparing with baseline, TLC, VC, FEV,, FVC and MEF50 reduced 3 months after operatioa Among them, significant reduction was observed in VC, FEV, and FVC (P <0. 05). However, all pulmonary function parameters return to baseline level 1 year after operation (P >0. 05). Conclusions; Pulmonary function temporarily declines after NUSS procedure and recovers 1 year after operation.关键词
