摘要
Abstract
To some extent,the relationship between central government and local government reflect a country＇s political and economic relations.Since the reform and opening-up,China has carried out a gradual decentralization according to the principle of ＂bringing out both the central＇s and local＇s initiatives＂.This vertical devolution of central authority has provide political basis for the social market economy,and the competition among local governments has deeply influenced our country＇s economic development.The article introduces the general situation of decentralization under the socialist market economic environment,emphasizes its important role in economic development,and attempts to improve the vertical relationship between our governments and provide some theoretical help in promoting the development of the socialist market economy.关键词
