摘要
Abstract
Border Town has a deeper level of difference from the then dominant society analysis novels after May Fourth Movement,such differences are caused by authors＇ ways of thinking.Shen Congwen is more influenced by traditional Chinese way of thinking;therefore,he rejects causal connections and logical relations of Western novel,and adopts traditional Chinese model which stress feeling and intuitive experience.Border Town puts characters and objects,the main character and secondary characters on the same plane,painting a complete picture of xiangxi customs,which typically reflects the traditional ＂overall＂ ideation mode.关键词
