工业酚水稀释的RBF神经网络预测控制
RBF Neural Network Predictive Control of Industrial Phenol Water Dilution
摘要
Abstract
Aimed at the situation of measurement inconvenience for flow in phenol water dilution,a predictive control method based on RBF(Radial Basis Function) neural network was proposed.During each change cycle of the phenol tank,the height of liquid level will be measured by computer,and the results will be put out.And at the end of each cycle,the phenol water flow will be predicted by using the approximation function of RBF network,thus the ratio of clean water can be controlled and the concentration of phenol water can be secured stable.This method can avoid the interference caused by measurement error,and control precision can be improved.关键词
