摘要
Abstract
Precise positioning of vehicle license plate location was realized with pixel-based method.Graying and binarization process was made to the license plate to replace the complex method that deal with the whole car image first.Then this paper put forward an improved template matching algorithm in application of character recognition.Finally,a test platform was designed using the GUIDE in Matlab.A large number of actual scene samples had confirmed that this license plate recognition system had a high rate of accuracy.关键词
