摘要

Abstract

By using chloramphenicol as the template molecule, a chloramphenicol-imprinted polymer was prepared by bulk polymerization with the molecular imprinting technology. The removal efficiency of template from molecularly imprinted polymer and adsorptive capacity to template was investigated through comparative study. The results show that the removal efficiency of chloramphenicol template molecule by ultrasound-assisted extraction within 150 minutes was similar to the method of soxhelt extraction within 100 hours, and the removal rate was up to about 91%.The chloramphenicol-imprinted polymer has higher adsorptive capacity, as compared with it's corresponding non-imprinted polymer. All these results indicate that ultrasound-assisted extraction is an efficient method to remove template from molecularly imprinted polymer.
