几种保润剂对“云烟”产品感官舒适性的影响
Effects of Several Humectants on Sensory Pleasurableness of “Yunyan” Brand Cigarette

Abstract
In order to investigate the effects of humectants on the sensory pleasurableness of "Yunyan" brand cigarette, four humectants ( glycerol, propylene glycol, sorbitol and honey) were tested, the sensory quality ( irritation, aftertaste and dryness) of the test cigarettes made of the tobacco spiked with the tested humectants was evaluated with variance analysis. The results showed that: 1) the addition rate of humectant affected the sensory pleasurableness of " Yunyan" brand cigarette significantly, and the appropriate rates for glycerol, propylene glycol, sorbitol and honey were 0. 4% - 0. 7% , 0. 4% , 0. 7% and 0. 7% , respectively; 2 ) the humectants had different effects on the irritation of the test cigarettes, the irritation of cigarette added 0. 4% propylene glycol was lower than that of cigarettes added 0.7% glycerol, 0.7% sorbitol, or 0.7% honey.关键词
