大学章程制定的价值依归
The Value of Working Out Charter of the Universities
摘要
Abstract
The charter of the university is concrete representation and essential connotation of the rule of law of a nation and the higher education.The educational circle of China has become concerned with and started to do research on the charter of the university in recent years.The organizer of the university is agency of working out charter of the university.Agency of working out charter of government-run universities is the government.And that of working out charter of the private universities is the social organization of sponsors or investors.Working out charter of the university is necessary requirement of the rule of law.It is the important starting point of working out the charter of the university well that noting the differences among the application-oriented universities,the universities with ＂985 Project＂ and ＂211 Project＂,and vocational colleges,and taking the common features of charter of universities into consideration.Only the common features and individuality of charter of the university are mastered,can the charter of the university with characteristics of the times and individuality be set up.关键词
