The Role Definition and Function Realization of the Town Government in Rural Public Services
摘要
Abstract
The town government should highlight its function of the public services and governance because it is the important organizer of construction of the new countryside and integration of urban and rural public services.Therefore,in order to achieve the function matching with its role definition,the town government can carry out its function of supply and management of the rural public services by deciding the scope of key services,establishing the decision-making authority,and increasing the service-capital investment.关键词
