摘要

Abstract

The chemical composition, mechanical properties, crack characteristic, residual substance phase in valve body and microstructure of the ZGO8Crl8Ni9 stainless steel valve were analyzed. The results indicated that SCC was the root causes of cracks, and materials composition deviation from the standards and the over size of casting shrinkage porosity accelerated cracks initiation and propagation. Finally, the relevant preventive measures have been put forward.
