摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzed some phenomena commonly found in hospital performance management, introduced a principle in applying balanced scorecard to the performance management for hospital construction. Several issues were further elaborated in hospital balanced scorecard performance management. The implementation of the balanced scorecard performance evaluation has been found effective in facilitating the performance evaluation and achieving strategic objectives in hospitals.关键词
