评价常规超声联合超声弹性成像诊断甲状腺癌的临床价值OACSTPCD
The Clinical Value of Combining Conventional Ultrasonic Sonography and Elastography in Diagnoses Thyroid Carcinoma
目的 本研究旨在探讨常规超声联合弹性成像在甲状腺癌诊断中的应用价值.方法 选取甲状腺肿物患者128例,共168个结节,行常规超声和超声弹性成像检查,以病理结果为“金标准”,计算常规超声及与弹性超声成像联合诊断甲状腺癌的敏感性、特异性和准确性.结果 常规超声诊断甲状腺癌的敏感性90.0％、特异性84.6％、准确性86.9％.常规超声联合弹性成像诊断的敏感性94.3％、特异性93.9％、准确性94.0％.两者准确性比较,差异有统计学意义(x2=…查看全部>>
Objective The study aim to explore the application of combining conventional ultrasonic sonography and elastography in diagnoses thyroid nodosity disease.
