摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence factors for the neonate hearing screening and put forward the measures for false positive result, so as to enhance the accuracy of the screening. Methods 4,115 neonates bom in 3 to 7 days were screened with ACCUSCREEN handhold OAE & AABR screener, and the results were analyzed and the measures for false positive result were put forward. Results The false positive rate from different screening methods were reduced greatly. Conclusion Taking reasonable measures according to characteristics of each screening manner respectively can effectively reduce the false -positive rate and relieve the psychological and financial burden of the parents.
