摘要
Abstract
Objective To study application of 3D reconstruction by 64-row Multidetector CT in the diagnosis and treatment of complex pelvic fracture. Methods Forty-nine patients suffered from pelvic fracture were examined with X-ray, Toshiba Aquilion 64 MDCT and 3D CT before operation. 3D CT was used to obtain the panoramic stereoscopic images of the pelvic by rotating at all angles. Optimal treatment and surgical approach were adopted based on the state of complex pelvic fracture in 3D CT images. Conclusion 3D CT reconstruction can display pelvic three -dimensional form and spatial relationship of all anotomic structure, and play an important role in selection of operative approach and internal fixation.
