The historical background and practical requirements for Medical Equipment Spare Parts Supply Center of thePLA is reviewed. With its configuration, management mode and status introduced, the problems encountered during spareparts supply are analyzed. The measures are put forward from the aspects of drawing emphasis, scientific management,establishing new mode, broadening supply range and informatization.
