摘要

Abstract

Objective To research patient radiation dose during DynaCT system diagnosis using computer software. Method* The identity C arm rotated to gather data of the DynaCT system, accordingly, PCXMC software was used to estimate patient dose, then the results were compared with that by the phantom experiment and statistics test was performed. Remits The effective dose calculated was 0.63mSv(head), 5.38mSv(thorax) and 6.97mSv(ahdomen) for the PCXMC simulation and for the phantom experiment the effective dose calculated was 0.85mSv(head), 6.01mSv(thorax) and 7.04mSv(abdomen). The P values of the two methods organ dose using statistics methods analysis were all larger than 0.05. Conclusion There is no difference between the two methods to estimate patient dose of the DynaCT system diagnosis according to statistics analysis, and PCXMC software can be used to estimate patient dose during DynaCT system diagnosis and treatment.
