模糊-PI控制在血液透析机温度控制中的应用
Application of Fuzzy-PI Control in Temperature Control System of Hemodialysis Machine

Abstract
Objective To design a temperature control system for hemodialysis machine. Methods The method combining fuzzy control algorithm and PI control algorithm was put forward, in which fuzzy control algorithm was applied when temperature error was great while PI control algorithm was applied when temperature error was minor to adjust the duly ratio of PWM for regulating the power of heating rod, realizing the temperature control of hemodialysis machine. Results The overshoot of temperature system was 0.5%, the steady-state error was ±0.2℃, and adjusting time was about 2 minutes. Conclusion This method has fast response speed, small overshoots and high steady precision, with good dynamic performance and stability, which can realize precise control of the dialysate temperature.
