摘要

Abstract

Objective To design a leak-proof automatic controller to reduce enhanced CT scan injury to patients. Methods The instrument was composed of two parts, including sensor transmitter and receiver controller. The transmitter sensor could sense pressure changes around the injection needle, and transmit the pressure to the pressure sensor, which could make the pressure under A/D conversion for the chip to analyze and process. When the contrast agent leaks occurred, the instrument sound and light alarmed, and issued instructions to stop the injection syringe. Results When the leakage of contrast medium was l~2mL, the instrument alarmed and closed the high-pressure syringe. Conclusion The instrument is simple and reliable. The clinical practice proves that the instrument can prevent the contrast agent leakage occur, and should be widely applied.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal ,2011,33(1):34-36]
