Abstract
Objective To ensure the consistency of test results by comparing the results on the determination and deviation analysis obtained from Sysmex XT-2000i, ABX MICROS CRP and ABX MICROS 60 hematocyte analyzers. Methods According to NCCLS (national committee for clinical laboratory standards) EP9-A, eight species with high, medium and low value were selected daily at random, using the three hematocyte analyzers to measure the white blood cell (WBC), red blood cell (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit (HCT), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), platelet (PLT), totally measure for five days.The results were recorded, regression equations were created, the correlation coefficient (r) was calculated, and its bias was assessed. Results The results obtained from the three hematocyte analyzers(Sysmex XT-2000i, ABX MICROS CRP and ABX MICROS 60) were closely correlated (r>0.975), and result bias was within the acceptable range. Conclusion There is fundamental reconciliation in the WBC, RBC, Hb, HCT, MCV and PLT results analyzed by the three hematocyte analyzers,which can be arbitrarily chosen in clinical use.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2011,33(1):111-112]关键词
