摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of platelet parameters in elderly acute myocardial infarction ( AMI) patients. Methods Apply US Kurt company TT-R1 type blood cells analyzer to determine PLT, MPV and PDW value in 84 elderly patients with AMI ( AMI group ) and 90 people at the same period ( healthy control group )from March 2007 to November 2010, recorded and analyzed these data. Results PLT of AMI group was lower than those of the healthy control group[ ( 221 ± 62 ) x 109/L vs ( 280 ± 32 ) x 109/L ], MPV and PDW are higher than those in the healthy control group [( 10.30±1.08)fl vs(9.80±0. 50 )fl and( 13.01 ±2.07)% vs ( 11.48 ±0.40)% ],the differences have statistical significant P <0.05 ); PLT were negatively correlated with MPV, PDW of AMI group( r = -0.341, r = -0.462, P <0.05 ). Conclusion PLT decreased, MPV and PDW were increased, during onset of acute myocardial infarction, activation of platelet is an independent risk factor of AMI.关键词
