Effects of intensive insulin therapy on inflammatory cytokines of ketosis tendency in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes
目的 观察酮症倾向初诊2型糖尿病(DM)患者体内炎性反应状态及胰岛素强化治疗对其体内炎性因子的影响,进而探讨其抗炎作用机制.方法 选择住院的酮症倾向初诊2型DM患者126例,将患者随机分为2组,A组64例:餐前30 min普通胰岛素R+睡前普通中效胰岛素N皮下注射;B组62例:胰岛素泵持续皮下输注门冬胰岛素.于治疗前、后测定血清早期生长反应因子-1(Egr-1)、组织因子(TF)和血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)浓度.并选择基线资料匹配…查看全部>>
