Abstract
2-Bromo-4,5,2′,4′,6′-pentamethoxyl benzophenone,the key intermediate for preparing norathyriol was synthesized from trimethoxybenzene through two steps.Firstly,trimethoxybenzene was prepared from m-trihydroxybenzene by a methylation reaction under Me2CO3/K2CO3/DMSO system at 120~150 ℃ in 95% yield.Secondly,the title compound was prepared from trimethoxybenzene via Friedel-Crafts reaction with 2-bromo-4,5-dimethoxy benzoic acid utilizing POCl3 in 1,2-dichloroethane at 70~80℃in 85% yield.The title compound is firenew,its structure was confirmed by IR,UV,EIMS,13CNMR and 1HNMR.关键词
