微波辐射蒙脱土固定AlCl_3催化合成乙酸异戊酯
Catalytic Synthesis of Isoamyl Acetate by AlCl_3 Immobilized on Montmorillonite Under Microwave Radiation
摘要
Abstract
Isoamyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and isoamyl alcohol with AlCl3 immobilized on montmorillonite as solid acid catalyst prepared by microwave irradiation.Experimental results show that the total amount of catalyst is 8.5% of the reactant mass,ratio of acid to alcohol is 1∶ 2.5,microwave power is 700W,the reaction time is 10 min,the ester yield is 90%.Catalyst still had good catalytic activity after used repeatedly 5 times.关键词
