云南烟区津引烤烟品种KRK26叶绿素在烘烤中的降解
Degradations of the Chlorophylls of the Zimbabwe Tobacco Variety KRK26 from the Tobacco-growing Areas in Yunnan Province during Flue-curing

Abstract
The relative degradation rates and total degradation quantities of the chlorophylls (Chls) of the mature middle leaves of the Zimbabwe tobacco variety KRK26 from the five tobacco-growing areas in Yunnan Province during three phase flue-curing and the residual volumes of the Chi ( a + b) after flue-curing were studied based on spectrophotometry. The results indicated that; the difference of thedegradation rates of the Chl a, Chl b and Chl (a +b) of the KRK26 from different areas during flue-curing and that of the Chl a and Chl (a + b) at different flue-curing stages did not reach the significant level, but the difference of the degradation rates of the Chl b at different curing stages reached the significant level. The highest degradation rate peaks of the all Chls of the KRK26 from Baoshan all appeared at the early period of the yellowing. The highest peaks of the Chl a of the KRK26 from Yuxi and Lincang were at the later period of the yellowing, that from Wenshan at the early period of the color-fixing , the two highest peaks of the KRK26 from Jinggu were at the later periods of the yellowing and the color-fixing. The highest peaks of the Chl b of the KRK26 from Yuxi and Wenshan were at the early period of the yellowing, that from Lincang at the later period of the yellowing, the two highest peaks of the KRK26 from Jinggu were at the later periods of the yellowing and the stem-drying. The degradation quantities of the Chls of the KRK26 from different areas were different and the difference peaks of the Chl (a +b) of the KRK26 from Yuxi, Jinggu, Lincang and Wenshan all emerged at the later period of the among the quantities reached the extremely significant level. After flue-curing, the residual volumes of the Chl (a + b) of the KRK26 from the five areas all accorded with the color criterion of high-quality tobaccos. Thus, the aroma-producing potentials of the KRK26 from the different areas in Yunnan with respect to the Chl degradation are different. This research could provide a reference for the assessment and control of the aroma quality and the choice of the planting area of the KRK26 in Yunnan.关键词
