摘要

Abstract

additives on the tissue culture technology for Bletilla striata were studied. Results showed that; the most suitable sterile seed germination Bletilla tissue formula was; MS + 1. 0 ~3. 0 mg/L BA + 1.0 mg/L NAA +3. 0 g/L carbon, resulting in the highest germination rate of 99. 7%. MS +1.0 ~ 2. 0 mg/L BA + 2. 0 mg/L KT + 0. 5 mg/L NAA + 4. 0 g/L Agar +15 g/L konjac flour was the best proliferation medium, and the konjac powder is more conducive to increases the proliferation rate; and 1/2 MS + 0. 5 mg/L BA + 1.5 mg/L NAA + 1.5 mg/L IB A +70 g/ banana mush was favorable for rootage and the vigorous growth of the induced shoots, helping improve the survival rate of hardening.
