粉煤灰和硅粉对水泥注浆材料可注性的试验研究
Experimental Study on Groutability of Cement Paste Mixed with Fly Ash and Silica Fume

Abstract
The groutability of injection materials of cement pastes mixed with 50% fly ash I and II or 15% silica fume was studied by the simulating experiment of grouting in the study. With the mixture of fine aggregate and clay as the medium, the water to binder ratios in the experiment were 0. 6, 0. 8, 1.0, 2. 0 and 1.0, 2. 0, 3. 0, respectively. The results showed that grouting materials mixed with fly ash or silica fume had characteristics of better fineness and groutability, which were benefit for spreading and filling of pastes in the fine cracks, improving stability of cement pastes, and reducing its shrinkage deformation. Meanwhile, the reasonable range of water to binder ratios are 0. 8 ~ 1. 0 of cement pastes mixed with 50% fly ash and 1. 0 ~ 2. 0 of cement pastes mixed with 15% silica fume. It is practical to design the mix with fly ash or siliea fume in practical engineering of grouting.关键词
