四川平武地区东方蜜蜂形态特征研究
Morphometric Study on Apis cerana in Pingwu Region of Sichuan
摘要
Abstract
The morphological features of Apis cerana in the eastern margin of Pingwu region of Sichuan was studied using morphological methods. Samples of A. Cerana were collected from 15 colonies in 5 locations in Pingwu county of Sichuan province. Thirty-eight standard morphometric characters were measured. The data of Pingwu with that of Jiuzhaigou, southern of Gansu and eatern of Chuanxi Plateau were analyzed by factor analysis, principal component analysis, cluster analysis and correlations a-nalysis. The results showed that A. Cerana of eastern margin of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau were divided into two groups. Body size of A. Cerana in this area was significantly correlated with latitude and altitude, while the characters of hair length, tomentum, torn dark stripe, pigment scutellum, pigment labrum were only correlated with altitude.关键词
