Abstract
Due to the ferroelectric material has a great application prospect in the electronic device field, so it gets more attention in the scientific and technical field. The newest theory progress and preparation method of barium strontium titanate ( BST) leads to its new application. There are some detailed descriptions in the theory research progress, preparation method as well as the new application of BST.关键词
