Finishing of the polyester fabric with wool keratin solution
摘要
Abstract
The polyester fabric was finished with wool keratin solution. The moisture absorption and quick drying properties of fabrics finished with different concentrations of wool keratin solution and untreated fabric were tested and analyzed. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy results indicated that wool keratin solution as a finishing agent has a good adsorption and crosslinking with polyester. Wool keratin could form disulfide bond on the polyester fabric, which remarkably improved property of polyester knitted fabric and reach the technical requirements of moisture absorption and quick drying property to knitted fabric when the concentration of wool keratin solution was 10%.关键词
