摘要
Abstract
The pretreatment of the pineapple fiber/cotton knitted fabrics was studied. The optimal condition of one-bath enzyme-oxygen scouring and bleaching process was: 3 g/L of enzyme, 5 g/L of hydrogen peroxide, 8 of pH, scoured and bleached at 80 °C for 50 min. Under the optimal condition, the weight loss percentage of fabric was 1.9%, the bursting strength was 348.4 N, the whiteness was 75.6, the capillary effect was 9.1 cm/30 min. The process not only could save costs buts adso ensure whiteness and wettability of pineapple fiber/cotton knitted fabrics. Moreover, the weight losses the pineapple fibers/cotton knitted fabrics were small. The one-bath enzyme-oxygen scouring and bleaching process was more environmentally friendly and had smaller damage to fabric than one-bath alkali-oxygen scouring and bleaching process.关键词
