摘要

Abstract

The steel structure near the installation location of the parietal sensor is analyzed using finite element method in this paper in order to prevent from the airbag incorrect explosion. Its vibration acceleration frequency response curve is obtained from the theoretical analysis and test. By comparing the response with the dynamic characteristic demand curve, it is found that the frequency response exceed seriously the standard in range of 100 ~ 500 Hz. After modifying the stiffness of the steel structure of the parietal sensor by changing the installation location, the frequency response characteristics satisfy design requirement, and the incorrect explosion is avoided. This result has been verified by road test. This paper has referential value for the research and design of vehicle airbag and relating control technology.
