X100管线钢焊接热影响区组织与韧性研究
Research on microstructure and impact toughness of welding heat affected zone of X100 pipeline steel

Abstract
The microstructures and mechanical properties of the welding heat affected zone (HAZ) of XI00 pipeline steels are studied by means of a thermal simulation technique. The results show that the coarse grain HAZs of the XI00 pipeline steels with high-Nb and low Ti have higher toughness after welding thermal cycles. The embrittlement region appeared in two-phase field in HAZ when the peak temperature is 750 ℃. The island-like structure distributed along proceding austenite grain boundary mainly explain the decrease of toughness.关键词
