摘要
Abstract
On the basis of market investigation data,the paper analyses the teaching reform of administration majors. The investiga- tion result proposes the competency of routine affairs general administration staff including eight general abilities and four general skills. The administration majors teaching reform should meet the needs of general abilities and skills except basic theory system.关键词
