摘要
Abstract
Victimology, as a new subject,Which face with huge challenges both on the investigation from the theoretical level and on the proutieal operation. Victim, as a basis and the core part of the victimology, is a special part of the academic focus of the disscussion. Today, most researches in this area ars about the proctection of the proceduarl rights of victim compensation and other issues.However,the current researches are is always with respect for the Criminal Procedure Law, and less involved in criminal thinking. In my point of view, if we can find a suitable point in the criminal law, and look into the victim＇s rights and relevant content,we can get recognition and specification of the victim in the substantive law area. These will not only extend the vision of Victimology research, but also build more solid foudation for related systems of vietimology.关键词
