The Symbolic Meaning of Cuisine Culture of West Hubei Tujia People——Taking Cuisine Custom in Spring Festival as An Example
摘要
Abstract
Taking the cuisine custom of west Hubei Tujia people during spring festival as the core and starting from the general situation and forming elements of Tujia people＇s cuisine culture,this article classifies the characteristic foods,and explains the symbolic meaning of food which is the special custom symbol in a certain time.This article makes a exploration from the sacrificial rituals,eating custom and dietary taboos in reunion dinner.Foods express the symbolic meaning through the particular methods,and emphasize the cultural function of cuisine custom and suggest that the outstanding cuisine culture should be reserved and developed.关键词
