An Causes and Countermeasures of the Low Level of Chinese Presents＇ Scitech and Cultural Qualities
摘要
Abstract
The sci-tech and cultural qualities of Chinese peasants are on a low level, which is is closely related with the traditional ideas of valuing officeholders but despising techniques, the family fanning mode of production and the dualistic structure in urban and rural areas. Moreover, the imperfect mechanisms and laws about rural education and training affect the level of sci-tech and cultural qualities of Chinese peasants. We should Strengthen agricultural technology extension, increase input in rural education, improve the formulation of institutions and laws, introduce projects positively, to elevate the standard of sci-tech and cultural qualities of Chinese peasants by all kinds of means.关键词
