摘要

Abstract

How is the development of the Yoga curriculum in those two years? Whether Yoga teaching classes follow its own rules in the process of Yoga teaching? Whether the teaching contents and methods can achieve the purpose of fitness? Whether the arrangement of the content of teaching can stimulate the students' interests to exercise? And whether the Yoga teacher developed some theoretical teaching? As a new kind of sport,what are the current Yoga curriculum teaching methods and teaching contents containing? Which part of the study need to be improved and which part need to be standardized? All of these are the existing problems that Chongqing University of Arts and Science Yoga curriculum must face and be solved.
