Abstract
With the coming of reading pictures time,now the visual culture has become a kind of mainstream shape of the contemporary culture and everyone is influenced by what one sees and hears,and we have no alternative but paying attention to the important question about raising the new cultural phenomenon and the national visual culture accomplishment.Because the higher vocational college students＇ study and life are connected with the visual culture and medium closely,the development of their visual and media literacy arises at the historic moment,and has become one of modern education hot topics.It has reality significance that we research the ways and the methods of raising the higher vocational college students＇ visual culture accomplishment by taking the effective experience of developing the Suzhou Vocational and Technical College students＇ visual culture accomplishment as the example in recent years.关键词
