氧化苦参碱对结肠炎模型大鼠结肠黏膜NOD2与TNF-α的影响
Effects of Oxymatrine Injection on Expression of NOD2 and TNF-α in Colonic Intestinal Mucosa of Rats with Experimental Colitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the role of N0D2 in the pathogenesis of experimental colitis in rats, and effects of oxymatrine injection on experimental colitis. Methods Thirty-two Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into four groups; normal control group, model group, mesalazine (SASP) group, and oxymatrine (OMT) group. Except normal control group, the rats in other three groups were generated colitis with trinitro-benzene-sulfonic acid (TNBS). Rats in the model group, SASP group, and OMT group were treated for 15 days with distilled water, SASP, and OMT, respectively. Colon lesion score and histological score of experimental rats were detected. Expression of N0D2 protein in the colonic mucous of rats was tested by immunohistochemistry. Expression of TNF-α in rats colon mucosa was checked by ELISA. Results Compared with the normal control group, the expression of NOD2 and TNF-ot in colonic mucosa of rats in the model group were significantly increased(P<0. 01). The NOD2 and TNF-α expression in colonic mucosa of rats were significantly decreased in comparison to that of the model group (P<0. 05) . Conclusion NOD2 protein plays an important role in the pathologic course of ulcerative colitis, while OMT attenuates ulcerative colitis through inhibiting expression of NOD2 and TNF-α.关键词
