摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the antinociceptive effects and acute toxicity of xuanzhi analgesic tablet. Methods The acetic acid-induced writhing response and the hotplate test in mice were taken to study analgesic effects and maximum tolerant dose were regarded as toxicological evaluation for the tablet. Results Each dose of the tablet showed significantly pain relieving effect in acetic acid induced mice model in a dose-related manner. Moreover, each dose started to attenuat pain induced by heat board at the same time as aspirin,but lasted longer; the MTD of which was 259. 2 g ? kg-1. Conclusion Xuanzhi analgesic tablet possesses powerful analgesic effects, endures longer than aspirin and is safe.关键词
