摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish a HPLC- evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD) method for determination of astragaloside IV mfuzheng qiangjin tablets. Methods The astragaloside IV in the tablet was determined by HPLC-ELSD. HPLC system consisting of an Licrosorb C18 column (4. 6 mmx 150 mm, 5 μm) and a mixture of acetonitrile - water (34 : 66) as mobile phase was adopted and flow rate was 0. 8 mL ? min~'. The flow rate of carrier gas was 1. 6 L ? min~'. The aerosolizer's temperature was 49 ℃ and the gain was 4. Results A good linear relationship was found between the astragaloside IV kept within a range of 0.052-1.034 mg · mL-1. The average rate of recoveries was 102. 2% ( RSD = 1.00% , n = 3) ,99. 1% (RSD = 1.36%, n = 3) ,102.4% (RSD = 1.49% , n = 3) , respectively. Conclusion This method possesses merits of good accuracy and reproducibility, which can be used for determination of astragaloside IV mfuzheng qiangjin tablets.
