64 Cases of Administrating Congrong Yishen Granula with Levofloxacin and Tamsulosin Hydrochloride for Treating Chronic Prostatitis Accompaned with Sexual Dysfunction

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of congrong yishen granula combination on treating chronic prosta-titis accompanied with sexual dysfunction. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic prostatitis accompanning sexual dysfunction were divided into test group ( 64 )and control group ( 56 ). Fifty-six in the control group were treated with oral levofloxacin tablets 0. 2 g,tid and tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets 0. 2 mg,qd for 8 weeks. Sixty-four in the therapy group were co-treated with oral congrong yishen granulal sack, tid, besides administration of levofloxacin and tamsulosin hydrochloride in the same way as above for 8 weeks. The sexual function between pre-therapy and post-therapy were compared according to chronic prostatitis-related sexual function index ( CPSFI )form and international index for erectile function( IIEF-5 )questionnaires. Results The totol effective rate by CPSFI form of the test group and control one was 90. 6% and 53. 6% , respectively. The totol effective rate in the test group and control by using IEF-5 questionnaires was 84. 4% and 57. 1% ,respectively. There was significant difference between two groups( P<0. 01 ). Conclusion In combination with congrong yishen granula for treating chronic prostatitis accompaied with sexual dysfunction could generate satisfying effect.关键词
