摘要

Abstract

Dibenzo-18-crown-6 was synthesized from catechol and disubstituted diethylene glycol in one pot under microwave irradiation in the presence of potassium hydroxide as base and template reagent. The effects of the materials, solvent, microwave power, reaction time and temperature on the yield of the reaction were examined through single factor and orthogonal experiments. The optimal conditions were obtained as follows; catechol and 2,2'-dichloroethyl ether as raw materials, dimethyl sulfoxide as solvent, reaction temperature was 70 X., reaction time was 60 min, microwave power was 500 W, and the yield of dibenzo-18-crown-6 was 46.3%.
