鱼类关键生境研究进展
Progress and current status of studies on essential fish habitat
摘要
Abstract
Essential fish habitat (EFH) is those waters and substrate necessary to fish for spawning, breeding, feeding, or growth to maturity. In this paper, we reviewed most of the recent studies and reports on EFH. We organized these studies or reports in five parts, which are definition of EFH, the origin of EFH, EFH assessment, practices of implementation on EFH management, and associated studies focusing on EFH identification and protection. It is hoped that this review can offer some positive references for the management of fisheries in China.关键词
