微管相关蛋白2和巢蛋白在人胚胎小肠中的表达
Expression of microtubule-associated protein 2 and nestin in small intestine tissues of human embryos
摘要
Abstract
AIM; To explore lhe relationship belween expression of microlubule - associated prolein 2 (MAP- 2)/neslin and developmenl of small inlesline in human embryos. METHODS; The expression of MAP -2 and neslin proleins was delecled in lhe second, ihird and fourth monlhs of felal human embryonic small inleslinal lissues by lhe PV melhod of immunohislochemislry. The posilive cell counls and posilive inlensilies were analyzed wilh Nikon imaging syslem (NIS -DR). One-way ANOVA was applied Lo compare lhese posilive cell counls and posilive inlensilies. RESULTS; Al lhe second, lhe ihird and lhe fourth monlh of human embryos, MAP -2 posilive expression was observed in lhe neural cells and neural fibers of lhe inlermuscular nerve plexus and submucosal plexus in lhe developing small inleslines. Wilh lhe felal age increasing, lhe expressive inlensily of MAP -2 posilive cells in lhe neural lissues of lhe inlermuscular nerve plexus showed an uplrend. The resulls of posilive inlensily values of lhe MAP -2 posilive cells delecled in lhe 3 felal age periods showed significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ) . Neslin posilive expression was seen in all layers of lhe small inlesline, and lhe number of posilive cells was firsl increased and lhen decreased in lhe developing small inleslines of human embryos wilh lhe increasing felal age. One - way ANOVA resulls also showed significant difference (P <0. 05) . CONCLUSION; MAP- 2 and neslin regulale lhe developmenl of small inleslinal lissues in human embryos.关键词
