Catalytic Performance Research of Mn-Y/TiO2 for Low-temperature Selective Reduction of NO With NH3

Abstract
The performance of Y doped Mn/TiO2 catalysts for low-temperature selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NO with NH3 was investigated. Y-doped TiO2 support was prepared by sol-gel method, followed by impregnation for Mn oxides loading to form Mn-Y/TiO2 catalyst. The effects of Y doping amount, the operating conditions such as temperature, oxygen content, NO concentration and space velocity factors, on the performance of catalytic reduction of NO were studied. Then the catalyst structure was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the optimal molar ratio of Y to Ti is 1.5%, XRD analyzed Y doping can restrain the transfer from anatase phase to rutile and the catalyst surface area is significantly increased, thereby increasing the catalytic activity. Under the conditions of temperature 180 ℃, space velocity 14 000 h-1, the oxygen content 3%, NO concentration 0.06% and φ(NH3)/φ(NO)=1, MnTiY1.5 can yield 93.5% NO conversion.关键词
