摘要
Abstract
A soft-switching grid-connected PV inverter topology with its soft-switching algorithm was proposed. Leak inductance energy is recovered and the drain-source voltage of the main switch is clamped with the help of the leak inductance energy recovery circuit to improve the conversion efficiency and eliminate the switch-off voltage spike of the main switch. A DSP-based resonant soft-switching algorithm with variable switching frequency was proposed to achieve zero voltage switching (ZVS) turning-on of the main switch and improve the electromagnetic interference (EMI) performance of the inverter. The interleaved flyback topology reduces the volume of the transformer and filtering inductor, and improves the power density of the inverter. In-depth analysis was given on the inverter principles and the principle and criteria of variable resonant soft-switching algorithm. Finally, experimental results were given.关键词
