摘要

Abstract

The discharge stability of granular coal from an aeration plexiglass silo was investigated.The results show that position of flexible air,the amount of flexible air,silo structure and material characteristics has significant effects on discharge stability of granular coal from aeration silo.Bubbling phenomenon at the top of coal seam,gas balanced arch and slugging phenomenon of granular coal near the silo outlet would be easily formed if the flexible air position is unsuitable or the amount of flexible air is too large,which make the discharge stability descends.Increasing the outlet diameter of aeration silo would improve the discharge stability of granular coal.The discharge stability of granular coal decrease with increasing of average particle size of granular coal.In the range of 0 to 8% of the moisture content,the discharge stability of granular coal increase with increasing the moisture content of granular coal.
