Multi-source information fusion estimation method for time-sharing interruption cost
摘要
Abstract
Based on multi-source infoimation fusion theory, a new customer time-sharing interruption cost investigation method is proposed. The method uses colligation time-sharing interruption cost function curves to calculate interruption cost. The concept of multi-source information validity which reflects effect of the information source on the basic function curve is defined. Based on the unit electric energy consumption, the customer time-sharing interruption cost curve or analytic formula with respect to the time change is deduced. The simulation example shows the effectiveness and validity of proposed method.关键词
